I’m On My Knees…

I see war, I don’t see peace in the middle east… Human beings are seeking their own destruction. My God, how can this be?

We were made to love not hate. To be mighty instead of fighty. We lack so much harmony! So much dissonance…

In Christ I pray today not tomorrow. For wisdom not folly. For placid winds… For purity of hearts. For positivity and perfect peace.

Please… I’m on my knees.

I see death and blood, what a mess! So much hurt and pain, can you refrain? So many people are gonna die, so many cry. Can you purify, pacify? See eye to eye?

No more eye for an eye! Don’t vilify.

I see a butterfly in the sky. Is it hope? I hope. It’s my hope. It’s dope! Is there an end in sight or just beginnings. Give us peace, please.

Piece by piece… I’m on my knees.
